Developed the brand identity for HIRO Izakaya - logo system, palette, photography, and menu design - fusing retro Japanese influence with Chicago edge. Translated the brand into the room through custom coasters, chopsticks, uniforms, and signage, creating a tactile, immersive experience from table to service.
