Sterling Bay

As Vice President of Content, led the production of photo and video deliverables while also shooting social and marketing content across channels. Managed the full previsualization pipeline - serving as the bridge between in-house design teams and overseas visualization partners - guiding renderings and animations from concept through delivery and ensuring accuracy and brand alignment. Additionally sourced and managed external creators, built a scalable asset system, and implemented a Digital Asset Manager to streamline workflows and strengthen brand consistency.

Previsualization Project Management

Partner cross-functionally with Design, Construction, and external visualization teams to direct and manage all marketing-facing renderings, animations, and project films. Oversee creative direction, review processes, and deliverables to ensure every visual asset reflects the project vision, architectural intent, and brand narrative - aligning internal stakeholders and elevating the storytelling around the development.

Construction Updates

Captured lifestyle-focused construction updates designed to go beyond standard progress photography, highlighting craftsmanship, atmosphere, and the evolving sense of place throughout the build. Imagery was created for social media, internal team communication, and investor updates, providing stakeholders with an engaging visual narrative that reflects both the momentum of the project and the experience taking shape.

Early Pipeline Marketing Content

Produced temporary content during development to support early marketing and leasing efforts, allowing spaces to be promoted before completion. Later directed and executed final shoots once the project was finished, creating a seamless visual narrative from concept to completion.

Victory Ranch

Photographed the rugged beauty and refined mountain lifestyle of Victory Ranch through a lifestyle-driven lens, focusing on atmosphere, experience, and quiet luxury rather than traditional real estate imagery. The work highlights sweeping landscapes, elevated Western design, and intimate moments of life in the Utah high country - capturing the feeling of living close to nature with comfort and ease.
